Hi There

On Friday, 25 october 2013, I have partially registered originally on the http://www.maxidas.com/member/service.aspx. In other words I could log in and see available updates. However, my DS708 did not get registered. Now, I am facing problem with the website http://www.maxidas.com/member/login.aspx itself as the message says: NOTICE: The registration here will be closed at Oct. 25, 2013. All registration will be moved to our new site www.auteltech.com at this weekend. Please register your product at our new site at Oct. 28.
On the www.auteltech.com I am not allowed to register the DS708 because it says: "It is registered", however the unit says: "its unregistered".
Please provide some ways of transferring registration from http://www.maxidas.com to www.auteltech.com and from the website to my unit.

hi. I thought ds708 came allready registered. ....mine did.
have you tried to update......if you can update, then its all ok....updating may solve your registration prob.

i am having the same issue. product is registered online but on my unit it still says unregistered. have you found a solution?

I am having the same problem, it says on the website I'm registered but my machine states differently. I hope someone comes up with a answer....

Hi!
I got yestarday MaxiDas DS708,made registration at the website www.auteltech.com, then i cannot make update my DS708, the system writen me that "This product is not registered.Please consult your users manual for product registration"

Same issue here... Just bought tool... Maybe it is something with whatever switch over they are doing. Hopefully it will be fixed soon..

I just got off the phone with them... they said the new pc suite that must be downloaded from auteltech is a different program then old one... you have to use the new pc suite v6.13 but heres the great part... you cant download the new one yet because they are having issues...

Thanks for the update.. Luckily my vendor will let me return the product. This is not the beginning of a good relationship..
